1. Zero Tolerance

RealMirage does not condone, permit, or tolerate human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any form of coercion in connection with the Platform. This prohibition is absolute.

2. Nature of the Platform

All visual content on RealMirage is wholly AI-generated. No human performers, models, or actors appear in, or are employed, recruited, or compensated for, any visual content on the Platform. The Platform therefore involves no performer recruitment, no content production involving human beings, and no circumstances in which a person could be trafficked or coerced into appearing in Platform content.

3. Prohibited User Conduct

The absence of human performers does not exhaust our obligations. The following conduct is prohibited on all Platform surfaces, including messaging and demand-content features:

Using the Platform to advertise, solicit, arrange, or facilitate commercial sexual services involving any real person;
Using the Platform to recruit, groom, coerce, or exploit any person;
Any conduct that constitutes or facilitates human trafficking or sexual exploitation under applicable law.

Accounts engaged in such conduct are terminated, and associated records are preserved.

4. Detection and Reporting

Platform communication surfaces are subject to automated safety screening and human review. Suspected instances of human trafficking, exploitation, or related criminal conduct are reported to the authorities of competent jurisdiction, and RealMirage cooperates fully with valid legal process, including court orders, production orders, and search warrants, in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

5. Reporting Concerns

If you believe any account or activity on the Platform may involve human trafficking or exploitation, report it immediately through the in-platform reporting tool or to [email protected]. Reports of this kind are treated with the highest priority under the Complaints and Content Removal Policy.
