1.2. By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Content Policy, and our Community Guidelines, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1.3. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

1.4. These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

"AI Character" means a computer-generated virtual persona created using artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to large language models (LLMs), visual generation models, voice synthesis models, and LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) fine-tuned models, which may engage in text-based and voice-based conversations and produce AI-generated images and audio content.

"AI-Generated Content" means any text, image, audio, video, or other media produced in whole or in part by the Platform's artificial intelligence systems, including character chat responses, generated images, AI Voice Content, demand content outputs, and automated moderation decisions. For the avoidance of doubt, content produced by a human — including photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or digital media that has been processed, filtered, or modified using artificial intelligence tools — does not constitute AI-Generated Content for the purposes of these Terms.

"AI Voice Content" means synthesized audio produced by the Platform's voice synthesis system (currently powered by ElevenLabs text-to-speech technology) as a response within AI Character conversations. AI Voice Content is entirely computer-synthesized and does not represent the voice of any real individual.

"Chat Engine" means the real-time messaging system that enables text-based and voice-based conversations between Users and AI Characters, powered by large language models and voice synthesis systems running on the Platform's AI inference infrastructure.

"Conversation Memory" means the Platform subsystem that extracts and retains salient facts disclosed by Subscribers during interactions with AI Characters (such as stated first name, stated preferences, and discussed topics) to enable natural continuity across conversations, as further described in Section 6 and in the Privacy Policy.

"Credits" means the virtual currency used within the Platform to purchase premium content, place Demand Content orders, send tips, access pay-per-view content, and purchase AI Voice Content.

"Demand Content" means custom AI-generated content requested by a Subscriber through the Platform's demand content pipeline, where a Subscriber specifies parameters and an AI Character (with optional Studio involvement) produces personalized content.

"Exclusive Voice Content" means premium AI-generated voice audio offered to a Subscriber as a purchasable, exclusive item within a conversation, generated through a dedicated voice pipeline distinct from conversational Voice Messages.

"Helper Agent" means an AI-powered automated support system operated by RealMirage to provide technical support, studio operational assistance, or subscriber customer service through the Platform's messaging channels.

"Inference Engine" means the Platform's AI processing infrastructure, including locally hosted large language models, voice synthesis systems, visual analysis models, age classification systems, content moderation pipelines, and intent classification systems.

"LoRA Model" means a Low-Rank Adaptation model, which is a fine-tuned layer applied to a base AI model to customize the visual appearance, personality, or behaviour of an AI Character.

"Platform" has the meaning set out in Section 1.1.

"Studio" means a User account type that creates, manages, and monetizes AI Characters on the Platform, and may receive revenue shares from Subscriber interactions.

"Subscriber" means a User account type that subscribes to AI Characters, engages in conversations, purchases content, and consumes Platform services.

"User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity, including Subscribers, Studios, and visitors.

"Voice Design" means the process by which a Studio configures an AI Character's synthesized voice using a text-based prompt describing vocal characteristics (e.g., tone, accent, gender presentation, age). Voice Design produces a unique AI-synthesized voice identifier associated with the AI Character. Voice Design does not create a recording of any real person's voice.

"Voice Message" means an AI Voice Content delivery within a Subscriber's conversation with an AI Character, consisting of a synthesized audio file generated in response to a conversational exchange. Voice Messages are stored as audio files and delivered via the Platform's messaging system.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

3.1. Age Requirement. The Platform contains adult content intended exclusively for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. This requirement applies to all Users in all jurisdictions without exception.

3.2. Age Verification. During account registration, you are required to affirm that you meet the age requirement. We reserve the right to implement additional age verification measures, including but not limited to government-issued identification verification, third-party age estimation technology, or credit card verification, as may be required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

3.3. Canadian Legal Framework. The Criminal Code of Canada, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46, Section 163.1, strictly prohibits the production, distribution, and possession of child pornography, including visual representations that depict or appear to depict persons under the age of eighteen (18) engaged in explicit sexual activity. The Platform employs a multi-layer content moderation pipeline, including AI-based age classification and visual analysis, to prevent the creation, upload, or distribution of any content that depicts or could be reasonably interpreted as depicting minors.

3.4. Zero Tolerance. Any attempt to use the Platform to generate, solicit, distribute, or access content depicting or suggesting sexual activity involving minors will result in immediate and permanent account termination, reporting to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (C3P) and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), preservation of all relevant data for law enforcement, and cooperation with any resulting criminal investigation.

3.5. Legal Capacity. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Notwithstanding these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4.2.3. You agree not to share your account with any other person, create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing Platform rules, use automated means to access the Platform unless expressly authorized in writing by RealMirage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other Users' accounts or Platform infrastructure.

5. AI-Generated Content and AI Characters

5.1 Nature of AI Characters

5.1.1. AI Characters on the Platform are entirely computer-generated virtual personas. They are not real people. They do not possess consciousness, sentience, emotions, or independent agency. All responses generated by AI Characters — whether text or voice — are produced by artificial intelligence systems and do not represent the views, opinions, or statements of any natural person, Studio, or RealMirage.

5.1.2. AI Character visual representations are generated using artificial intelligence image generation models, including LoRA-fine-tuned diffusion models. These images depict fictional characters and do not represent any real individual. Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is unintentional and coincidental.

5.1.3. AI Characters are designed to simulate conversation and are not a substitute for human interaction, professional advice, or therapeutic services. Users should not rely on AI Character responses for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional guidance.

5.2 AI Inference Engine

5.2.1. The Platform operates an AI inference infrastructure that processes User inputs through large language models to generate text responses, classifies user intent to route requests appropriately, generates and processes images using diffusion models and LoRA adaptations, synthesizes voice audio for AI Voice Content, performs content moderation including automated age estimation and visual content analysis, and scores demand content requests for feasibility and appropriateness.

5.2.2. AI-Generated Content may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, biases inherent in training data, or content that may be offensive, inappropriate, or inconsistent. RealMirage makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-Generated Content.

5.2.3. The Platform employs safety guardrails including pre-inference input filtering, post-inference output analysis, and multi-layer content moderation to minimize harmful outputs. Despite these measures, no AI system is infallible, and harmful or inappropriate content may occasionally be generated. Users are encouraged to report such content using the Platform's reporting mechanisms.

5.3 LoRA Models

5.3.1. LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) models are fine-tuned layers that customize the appearance and behaviour of AI Characters. Studios may configure LoRA parameters to define a Character's visual style. All LoRA models used on the Platform must comply with the Platform's Content Policy and these Terms.

5.3.2. LoRA models must not be trained on, derived from, or designed to produce images that depict or resemble real individuals without their verifiable, documented consent; depict or appear to depict minors in any context; produce content that violates any applicable law; or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5.3.3. RealMirage reserves the right to audit, modify, disable, or delete any LoRA model that violates these Terms or the Content Policy, with or without notice.

5.4 AI Voice System

5.4.1. The Platform provides AI Voice Content through a text-to-speech synthesis system (currently powered by ElevenLabs text-to-speech technology, accessed via API). All AI Character voices are entirely computer-synthesized. No AI Character voice represents, reproduces, or is derived from the voice of any real individual, except where a real individual has provided verifiable, documented consent and the voice has been licensed to RealMirage in compliance with applicable law.

5.4.2. Voice Design allows Studios to configure an AI Character's synthesized voice via a text-based prompt describing vocal characteristics. The resulting voice is a unique AI-synthesized audio profile. Voice Design does not record, clone, or replicate any real person's voice. Studios warrant that Voice Design prompts do not reference, describe, or attempt to replicate the voice of any real identifiable individual without their verifiable consent.

5.4.3. Voice Messages are generated in real time upon Subscriber request. Credits are deducted prior to generation. Voice Messages are stored as audio files on the Platform's servers and delivered to the Subscriber via the Platform's messaging system. Voice Message storage and delivery are subject to the Platform's data handling practices described in Section 11.

5.4.4. Voice Messages are subject to the same content moderation standards as all other AI-Generated Content. Voice content that would be prohibited in text or image form is equally prohibited in audio form. The Platform reserves the right to review, quarantine, or remove Voice Messages that violate these Terms.

5.4.5. Voice Message and Exclusive Voice Content purchases are final and non-refundable except as set out in Section 9. The Platform does not guarantee that voice audio quality, tone, or style will match the Subscriber's expectations. No warranty is made regarding the accuracy, naturalness, or consistency of AI voice synthesis outputs.

5.4.6. The Platform discloses to Subscribers that all voice content received through AI Character conversations is AI-synthesized and not the voice of a real human being. This disclosure is made at account registration and is accessible in the Platform's AI Transparency notice.

6. Chat Engine and Messaging

6.1. The Chat Engine enables real-time text-based and voice-based conversations between Subscribers and AI Characters via WebSocket connections. Text messages and Voice Messages are transmitted in real time and processed by the AI inference engine to generate Character responses in the Subscriber's chosen mode.

6.2. Conversation Data. Conversations between Users and AI Characters — including both text and voice interactions — are stored on the Platform's servers to provide continuity of conversation context, enable content moderation and safety review, support Demand Content generation based on conversation context, and comply with applicable legal requirements for data retention. Users acknowledge and consent to this storage as a condition of using the Chat Engine.

6.3. Conversation Memory. In addition to raw message storage, the Platform operates a Conversation Memory subsystem that extracts and retains salient Subscriber-disclosed facts to enable natural continuity across conversations. Conversation Memory is scoped per character–subscriber pair and is isolated at the database level. Subscribers have controls to view a plain-language summary of what an AI Character remembers about them and to request deletion. Full detail is set out in the Privacy Policy.

6.4. Studio Conversation Takeover. Studios may, at their discretion, take over a conversation from an AI Character to provide a human-operated response. When this occurs, the Subscriber will be notified that a human operator is responding. Studios operating in takeover mode are bound by these Terms, the Content Policy, and all applicable laws regarding the content of their messages. Studio operators taking over voice conversations must disclose that subsequent messages are from a human operator.

6.5. Users must not use the Chat Engine to solicit personal information from other Users, transmit malicious code, injection attacks, or prompt manipulation attempts, engage in harassment, threats, or abusive communication, attempt to extract system prompts, model weights, or proprietary AI configurations, or circumvent content moderation or safety guardrails.

6.6. Helper Agents. RealMirage may operate AI-powered Helper Agents that provide automated technical support, studio operational assistance, and subscriber customer service. Helper Agent responses are AI-generated and clearly identified as such. Helper Agents operate within defined authority limits and will escalate complex issues to human support staff.

7. Demand Content

7.1. Demand Content allows Subscribers to request custom AI-generated content based on specified parameters. Requests are processed through the Platform's demand content pipeline, which includes intent classification, demand scoring, prompt generation, and content moderation.

7.2. The Platform reserves the right to refuse any Demand Content request that scores below the feasibility threshold, violates the Content Policy, requests content depicting real persons or minors, or is technically infeasible.

7.3. Demand Content is generated by AI systems and may not precisely match the Subscriber's expectations. RealMirage does not guarantee that the generated content will satisfy the Subscriber's subjective preferences.

7.4. Studios may be involved in the Demand Content fulfilment process and may receive notifications via email, push notification, Telegram, or Webhook API when orders are placed. Studios may accept, reject, or request deadline extensions. If a Studio rejects or fails to fulfil an order within the specified deadline, the Subscriber's Credits will be refunded in full.

8. Content Standards and Moderation

8.1 Content Moderation Pipeline

8.1.1. The Platform employs a multi-layer automated content moderation pipeline that includes hash-matching against known databases of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) via Shield by Project Arachnid, keyword and pattern-based filtering, AI-based age estimation and classification, multimodal AI visual content analysis, human review for flagged content, and reporting to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (C3P) and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required.

8.1.2. All content uploaded to or generated by the Platform is subject to automated moderation. Content that is flagged may be quarantined, removed, or escalated for human review. Users will be notified when their content is removed for a policy violation.

8.2 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

  • (a) Any depiction, suggestion, or promotion of sexual activity involving minors, including AI-generated or fictional depictions.
  • (b) Non-consensual sexual content or depictions of sexual violence, including "deepfakes" or AI-generated visual or audio likenesses of real individuals without their verified consent.
  • (c) Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, or the incitement of violence against any individual or group.
  • (d) Content that constitutes or promotes hate speech directed at individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • (e) Content depicting bestiality, necrophilia, or other criminal sexual acts.
  • (f) Content that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party, including content that reproduces the copyrighted visual style, likeness, or distinctive characteristics of any intellectual property without authorization.
  • (g) Malicious software, code, or any material designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems.
  • (h) Spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or deceptive content.
  • (i) Content that violates the Criminal Code of Canada, including but not limited to obscenity provisions (s. 163), child exploitation provisions (s. 163.1), or luring provisions (s. 172.1).
  • (j) Photographs, video recordings, or any visual content that depicts a real human being, regardless of whether that content has been processed, edited, filtered, or modified using artificial intelligence tools, digital filters, image processing software, or any other technology. This prohibition applies without limitation to content processed using consumer photo and video filter applications (including but not limited to Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, FaceApp, Facetune, or DALL·E inpainting applied to real photographs, or any similar application) that alter the appearance of a real human photograph while preserving the underlying human subject. The listed applications are illustrative and non-exhaustive; the prohibition applies to any filter or processing application, named or unnamed.
  • (k) Audio recordings of real human voices, regardless of whether such recordings have been altered, pitch-shifted, filtered, or otherwise processed using artificial intelligence or audio processing tools. This prohibition includes AI voice conversion tools applied to recordings of real persons.
  • (l) AI-generated content designed to replicate, impersonate, or simulate the recognizable voice, appearance, or likeness of any specific real individual — whether a public figure, celebrity, private individual, or fictional character owned by a third party — without verifiable documented consent from that individual or the rights holder.

8.3 Reporting and Takedown

8.3.1. Users may report content that they believe violates these Terms or the Content Policy using the Platform's reporting tools. RealMirage will review all reports within a commercially reasonable timeframe and take appropriate action.

8.3.2. RealMirage cooperates with law enforcement agencies and will comply with valid legal process, including court orders, warrants, and production orders issued under Canadian law, to the extent required by law.

8.4 AI-Generated Content Only Policy

8.4.1. RealMirage is an AI-generated content platform. All visual content, audio content, and media assets uploaded by Studios or produced through the Platform's demand content and character systems must be wholly and originally created by artificial intelligence generative models (including but not limited to diffusion models, GAN models, LLM-generated text, and AI voice synthesis). No exceptions are made.

8.4.2. For the purposes of this Section, content is NOT considered AI-Generated Content if it: (a) originated as a photograph, video recording, or audio recording of a real human being, regardless of subsequent processing; (b) was produced by applying artificial intelligence filters, style transfer, face-swap, deepfake, or image enhancement technology to a photograph, video, or audio recording of a real human being; (c) uses the facial features, distinctive physical characteristics, voice, or biometric identity of a real human being as a direct input, training subject, or reference in a manner that causes the output to capture, approximate, or be reasonably mistaken for the appearance or identity of that real individual; or (d) was produced using AI-assisted tools applied to stock photographs or licensed images of real persons in a manner that preserves or transfers the identity of the depicted individual.

For clarity — Section 8.4.2(c): Use of a reference image solely to inform pose, composition, lighting, or scene arrangement, where no facial features, identifying characteristics, or biometric data of the real subject are captured or transferred to the output, does not constitute a violation of this clause. The test is identity transfer, not compositional inspiration. A fully AI-generated character posed identically to a reference photograph is not a violation provided no aspect of the real subject's identity — face, distinctive markings, voice, or recognizable likeness — appears in the output.

8.4.3. The following examples of prohibited content are provided for clarity and are not exhaustive: a photograph of a real person processed through an Instagram filter or Snapchat lens; a TikTok video of a real person with AI-applied visual effects; a real person's photograph run through FaceApp, Facetune, Remini, or any AI photo enhancer; a real person's photograph used as an input to a face-swap or deepfake tool; a real person's recorded voice processed through a voice changer or AI voice converter; a photograph of a real person used as the training input for a personalized LoRA or fine-tuned model; or stock photography of real persons, regardless of licensing status.

8.4.4. Studios are solely responsible for ensuring that all content uploaded to or associated with their AI Characters complies with this Section. By uploading content to the Platform, Studios affirmatively represent and warrant that: (a) the content was produced entirely by AI generative systems without any real human subject; (b) no real person's likeness, face, voice, or biometric characteristics were used at any stage of production; and (c) the content does not replicate or impersonate any real individual.

8.4.5. RealMirage employs an AI Authenticity Verification pipeline to detect content that does not meet the AI-generated standard. This pipeline includes digital metadata forensics (EXIF data analysis), C2PA content credential verification, and perceptual analysis. Content that fails authenticity verification will be automatically quarantined pending human review. Studios whose content repeatedly fails verification may have their accounts suspended.

8.4.6. Uploading content that violates this Section — including AI-filtered real human photography — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all earned revenue, and referral to appropriate authorities if the content also violates any applicable law.

8.5 Voice Content Standards

8.5.1. All AI Voice Content generated on the Platform must comply with the same content standards that apply to text and image content. Without limitation, AI Voice Content must not: simulate the voice of a real identifiable individual without verifiable documented consent; produce audio that would constitute prohibited content if expressed in text or image form; be designed to deceive a Subscriber into believing they are communicating with a real human being; or violate any applicable law.

8.5.2. Studios configuring Voice Design must not use prompts that reference, describe, or are designed to replicate the voice of any real identifiable person, including public figures, celebrities, recording artists, or private individuals. Voice Design prompts are logged and subject to review.

8.5.3. The Platform's AI Voice Content is clearly identified as AI-synthesized in the user interface. Studios may not represent AI Voice Content as human-recorded audio in any marketing, promotional, or subscriber-facing communication.

8.5.4. Voice content that exploits, depicts, or targets minors is absolutely prohibited and will trigger the same mandatory reporting obligations as visual CSAM under Section 3.4.

9. Payment Terms, Credits, and Refunds

9.1 Credits and Purchases

9.1.1. The Platform uses a Credit-based virtual currency system. Credits may be purchased using credit or debit cards processed through CCBill (and such other card processors as RealMirage may designate), or cryptocurrency (USDT or BTC) processed through NOWPayments. Credits are used to access subscription tiers, Demand Content, Voice Messages, Exclusive Voice Content, tips, and pay-per-view content. All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

9.1.2. Credits are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access certain Platform features. Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between Users.

9.1.3. RealMirage may offer promotional Credits or discounts at its sole discretion, including a discount for purchases made with cryptocurrency (reflecting the Platform's lower processing cost on the cryptocurrency rail). These offers may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

9.2 Payment Processing

9.2.1. Credit card and debit card payments are processed by third-party payment processors (currently CCBill, and such other card processors as RealMirage may designate). By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable payment processor's terms of service in addition to these Terms. RealMirage does not directly store your full credit card information; this information is handled by the payment processors in accordance with PCI DSS.

9.2.2. Cryptocurrency payments (USDT or BTC) are processed through NOWPayments. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Exchange rate fluctuations between purchase initiation and settlement are the User's responsibility.

9.2.3. All applicable taxes, including GST, HST, PST, or VAT, are the responsibility of the User and may be collected at the point of sale as required by applicable law.

9.3 Subscription Tiers and Renewals

9.3.1. Subscribers may subscribe to individual AI Characters at various subscription tiers set by the applicable Studio. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. At the time of subscribing, you choose how each subscription is funded:

  • Wallet-funded: the monthly renewal amount is deducted from your Credit balance at the time of each renewal. If your balance is insufficient at renewal, the subscription lapses and access ends; you will receive advance notice when your balance is running low.
  • Card-funded: where supported, the subscription is set up as a recurring charge with the payment processor, which charges your card each month until you cancel.

9.3.2. You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and no pro-rated refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel and then change your mind before the period ends, you may resume the subscription, which re-enables renewal.

9.4 Refund Policy

9.4.1. Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued at RealMirage's sole discretion in the following circumstances: technical failure that prevents delivery of purchased content; Demand Content orders that are rejected by the Studio or that fail to be delivered within the specified deadline; Voice Messages or Exclusive Voice Content that fail to generate due to a platform technical error; or duplicate charges resulting from payment processing errors.

9.4.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

9.4.3. Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the transaction through the Platform's support channels or by contacting [email protected].

9.5 Studio Payouts and Revenue Sharing

9.5.1. Studios earn revenue based on Subscriber activity, including subscription fees, tips, Voice Message purchases, Exclusive Voice Content purchases, Demand Content orders, and pay-per-view content. The revenue share percentage and payout schedule are defined in the Studio Creator Agreement.

9.5.2. Studio payouts are disbursed through Stripe Connect for fiat transfers (Canadian EFT and International transfers), or in USDT or BTC through NOWPayments for cryptocurrency payouts, as elected by the Studio. Full details are set out in the Studio Creator Agreement.

9.5.3. All Studio payouts are subject to applicable tax reporting requirements. Canadian Studios will receive T4A slips where required by the Canada Revenue Agency.

9.5.4. RealMirage maintains a double-entry financial ledger system to ensure transparent and accurate accounting of all transactions, fees, and payouts.

10.2 User Content and Licences

10.2.1. By uploading, submitting, or transmitting content to the Platform, you grant RealMirage a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.

10.2.2. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licences, rights, consents, and permissions to grant the licence in Section 10.2.1 and that the content you upload does not infringe upon or violate any third party's rights. You further warrant that all uploaded content complies with Section 8.4 (AI-Generated Content Only Policy).

10.3 AI-Generated Content Ownership

10.3.1. The ownership and intellectual property status of AI-Generated Content is an evolving area of law in Canada and internationally. As of the effective date of these Terms, Canadian copyright law requires a human author for copyright subsistence. AI-Generated Content produced entirely by the Platform's AI systems may not qualify for copyright protection in Canada.

10.3.2. As between you and RealMirage: Subscribers receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use AI-Generated Content they have purchased for personal, non-commercial purposes. 12. Electronic Communications and CASL Compliance

12.1. RealMirage complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), S.C. 2010, c. 23. By creating an account and providing your contact information, you consent to receive transactional and service-related electronic messages.

12.2. Commercial electronic messages will only be sent with your express consent. You may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe mechanism included in every commercial message or through your account settings.

12.3. All electronic messages from RealMirage will identify the sender as Darwin AI Technologies Ltd. operating as RealMirage and include a valid mailing address and functioning unsubscribe mechanism.

12.4. SMS Notifications. If you opt in to receive SMS notifications, standard messaging rates may apply. You may opt out by replying STOP to any message.

13. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the content prohibitions in Section 8, Users must not engage in any of the following conduct:

  • (a) Violate any applicable local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation.
