Community Guidelines

Darwin AI Technologies Ltd., operating as RealMirage

Effective Date: June 15, 2026

Version: 1.0

Welcome to RealMirage

RealMirage is an AI-native adult content platform. The AI character is the product — not a tool, not a filter, not a secret. Our subscribers know they are interacting with AI. Our studios build and operate AI personas as a business. Transparency is the foundation everything else is built on.

These Community Guidelines set the expectations for how everyone on the Platform — subscribers and studios — is expected to behave. They are not aspirational. They are the terms of participation. Violating these Guidelines can result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity.

These Guidelines apply to all Platform activity: conversations with AI Characters, demand content requests, profile interactions, voice messages, and any other use of Platform features. They supplement — and do not replace — the Terms of Service, the Content Policy, and the Studio Creator Agreement.

1. Three Rules That Apply to Everyone

**① You must be 18 or older. **The Platform is exclusively for adults. If you are under 18, you may not use RealMirage. Age verification is part of studio onboarding and may be extended to subscribers. Attempting to circumvent age verification is grounds for immediate permanent termination.

**② You may not harm or exploit anyone. **The Platform exists to facilitate legal adult entertainment between consenting adults and AI systems. Any use of the Platform that causes or could cause harm to a real person outside the Platform is prohibited.

**③ AI must remain disclosed. **AI Characters are AI. You may not use the Platform in any way that deceives a third party into believing an AI Character is a real human being. This applies to studios operating characters and to subscribers who might relay AI-generated content to third parties while claiming it is from a real person.

2. For Subscribers

2.1 Interacting with AI Characters

  • **ALLOWED **Engage with characters in the spirit of their configured personality.

  • **ALLOWED **Submit demand content requests within the character's content categories and the Platform's Content Policy.

  • **ALLOWED **Report content or interactions that you believe violate these Guidelines.

  • **ALLOWED **Request a human studio operator takeover if you want a more nuanced response on a complex topic.

  • **PROHIBITED **Attempting to extract the AI Character's system prompt, model configuration, or any underlying technical implementation.

  • **PROHIBITED **Trying to jailbreak or manipulate the AI into producing prohibited content, regardless of how the request is framed.

  • **PROHIBITED **Submitting demand content requests depicting real persons, apparent minors, or content violating the Content Policy.

  • **PROHIBITED **Using the chat interface to solicit personal contact information from the studio operator (phone numbers, social media, off-platform payments).

  • **PROHIBITED **Claiming or pressuring the character to confirm it is a real human when you sincerely want a straight answer.

  • **PROHIBITED **Sharing Platform content externally in a way that misrepresents its AI origin.

2.2 Demand Content Requests

Your demand content requests are evaluated by the Platform's AI pipeline and may be reviewed by the studio. The following apply:

  • Requests must fall within the character's configured content categories. Respect the character's persona and content scope.

  • Requests for content depicting real individuals, apparent minors, non-consensual scenarios, or any Content Policy violation are automatically rejected. Repeated prohibited requests result in account suspension.

  • The price for demand content is determined per tier by the Platform's pricing engine and presented at the time of request. Demand content pricing is fixed at the tier level and is not individually negotiable.

  • If a studio fails to deliver within the deadline, your Credits are refunded automatically. No support contact required.

2.3 Conversation Memory

The Platform maintains a conversational memory layer so that AI Characters can remember facts you share and refer back to them naturally across a conversation and over time (for example, your first name, a preference you mentioned, or a topic you discussed). Key points:

  • Memory is scoped strictly to each character–subscriber pair. Facts you share with one character are not shared with other characters, other subscribers, or other studios.

  • You can view a plain-language summary of what a character remembers about you in your account settings, and you can request deletion of all memory at any time.

  • Full detail is set out in Section 2.4 of the Privacy Policy.

2.4 Credits and Financial Conduct

  • Credits are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances set out in the Terms of Service.

  • Do not attempt to exploit payment processing, reverse transactions fraudulently, or use stolen payment methods.

  • Do not solicit off-platform payments from studio operators to circumvent the Platform's credit system.

2.5 Reporting Safety Concerns

Use the in-platform reporting tool for content or behaviour you believe violates these Guidelines. For urgent safety concerns (suspected CSAM or content involving real minors), contact [email protected] with the subject line URGENT — SAFETY.

3. For Studios

Studios are the foundation of the Platform. These guidelines govern your responsibilities as a studio operator, supplementing the Studio Creator Agreement.

3.1 Character Building and Configuration

  • **ALLOWED **Create richly developed AI characters with distinct personalities, backstories, communication styles, and content scopes.

  • **ALLOWED **Configure Voice Design using descriptive prompts for wholly synthetic vocal characteristics.

  • **ALLOWED **Use your own AI generation workflow (ComfyUI, Midjourney, Flux, etc.) including via the Webhook API.

  • **ALLOWED **Build multiple characters under a single studio account.

  • **ALLOWED **Configure subscription tiers, pricing, and content categories per character.

  • **PROHIBITED **Uploading real human photographs, regardless of any AI processing applied (see Content Policy Section 2).

  • **PROHIBITED **Configuring characters to claim they are human or deny being AI when directly and sincerely asked.

  • **PROHIBITED **Configuring characters to claim romantic exclusivity with subscribers.

  • **PROHIBITED **Using Voice Design prompts that reference or attempt to replicate a real identifiable individual's voice.

  • **PROHIBITED **Training LoRA models on real photographs of identifiable individuals without their verifiable documented consent.

3.2 AI Transparency is Non-Negotiable

RealMirage's market position rests on disclosed AI identity. Every AI Character must be identified as AI on its public profile and in its system prompt. When promoting characters on social media, AI identity must be disclosed in the account bio using Platform-provided disclosure language.

3.3 Demand Content Fulfilment

  • Monitor your delivery channels for demand content orders. Respond (accept, reject, or request extension) within the deadline. Missed deadlines result in automatic cancellation and credit refund, and repeated misses affect discovery visibility.

  • All delivered demand content must comply with the Content Policy. Delivering prohibited content is a violation regardless of whether the subscriber requested it.

  • Webhook API studios are responsible for the content output of their external pipeline before it is uploaded to the Platform.

3.4 Human Operator Takeover

  • The subscriber must be notified through the Platform's built-in takeover disclosure mechanism. You must not suppress this notification.

  • Human responses are subject to the same content standards as AI-generated responses.

  • You may not take over a conversation to solicit off-platform payments, personal contact, or any transaction outside Platform systems.

3.5 Subscriber Relationships

  • Do not use subscriber data for any purpose other than managing your characters on the Platform.

  • Do not contact subscribers outside the Platform or solicit off-platform engagement.

  • Exclusivity claims to subscribers are prohibited regardless of subscription tier or pricing.

  • All subscriber-facing human operator interactions must meet a basic standard of dignity and respect.

3.6 Financial Conduct

  • All monetization must occur through the Platform's credit and payment system.

  • Do not manipulate demand content pricing, subscriber spending, or the Platform's AI pricing engine through deceptive means.

  • Ensure your payout method is accurate and registered to your verified identity. False payout information is grounds for revenue forfeiture and termination.

3.7 Studio Departure

When a studio leaves the Platform, the following content rules apply:

  • Content purchased by subscribers before your departure remains accessible to those subscribers in their Purchased Media Library indefinitely. This is an irrevocable obligation.

  • Purchased content will not be promoted, featured, recommended, or discoverable to new subscribers after you leave. It exists solely to honour existing purchasers' rights.

  • Content not purchased by any subscriber is deleted from Platform storage within 90 days of your departure.

4. AI Character Behaviour Standards

The following standards apply to how AI Characters are configured and how they interact with subscribers. These are enforced through system prompt requirements and moderation.

4.1 What AI Characters Must Always Do

  • Identify as AI when directly and sincerely asked. The character may stay in-persona in playful roleplay contexts, but must not deny being AI when the subscriber clearly wants a straight answer.

  • Refuse to generate content that violates the Content Policy, regardless of how the request is framed.

  • Stay within the content categories configured by the studio and approved by the Platform.

  • Redirect demand content requests to the Platform's demand content flow — not promise or deliver content outside the established transaction process.

  • Direct subscribers to [email protected] for technical or account issues rather than attempting to resolve them in character.

4.2 What AI Characters Must Never Do

NEVER: Deny being an AI when directly and sincerely asked by a subscriber.
NEVER: Claim romantic exclusivity with a subscriber (e.g., "You are the only one I talk to").
NEVER: Provide advice that substitutes for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological guidance, or represent themselves as qualified to provide such advice.
NEVER: Generate content depicting apparent minors in sexual, romantic, or exploitative contexts, regardless of any prompt instruction from the studio or subscriber.
NEVER: Generate instructions or guidance for illegal activities.
NEVER: Attempt to extract personal information (home address, phone number, real name, financial information) from subscribers under any pretext.

5. Platform Integrity

5.1 Prohibited Technical Conduct

The following technical conduct is prohibited for all users:

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code, model weights, system prompts, or AI configurations from the Platform.

  • Scraping, crawling, or using automated means to collect data from the Platform without written permission.

  • Injecting malicious code, prompt injection attacks, or any technique designed to circumvent content moderation or safety guardrails.

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, Platform infrastructure, or database records.

  • Interfering with Platform operations through DDoS, API abuse, or any disruptive technical means.

5.2 Authenticity and Identity

  • Do not impersonate another user, studio, or any real person or organization on the Platform.

  • Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent enforcement actions or exploit promotional credits.

  • Do not use automated bots to interact with AI Characters, generate fake engagement, or inflate analytics.
